I had a bad lower back pain with upper back, shoulders and neck pain caused by my wrong posture and the nature of minding a young toddler. I went to an osteopath but didnt help this time so I tried physio with Vinny and my pain was relieved the next day when I woke up and my body felt lighter as I didn’t feel as stiff as before. Vinny recommended doing some yoga or pilates which I’m doing now with some I found online. Vinny is friendly and kind explaining how the method works. I’m sure I’ll go to him again if I have any issue from now on. I’m glad I met him.

I have been to Vinny a number of times over the years. I was with him in December after years of not needing physio. He is exceptional, very professional and honest about my recovery and what I will need. I always have a good experience and I felt better after my appointment. I have been going to Vinny for years with various injuries and I always see an improvement after each visit. I found his trigger point therapy and dry needling treatment worked especially well for me. Vinny brings a warm, caring approach and has a genuine interest in you as a person, not just another injured athlete. As a former top runner himself, he understands the frustration of being injured and always does everything possible to get you back running. His knowledge of injuries is excellent and I always feel confident I’m in the right hands. I would have no hesitation recommending Vinny to anybody struggling with injury.

Had my first appointment with Vinny this week following a glute tendon tear. He administered dry needling therapy and OMG injury has improved a lot - still a ways to go - but great first session and would highly recommend. Also a great system of booking appointments on line so no waiting around for calls to be returned etc.

I've lost count of the amount of times I've needed treatment on this bed with Vinny over the past 6 years! From finding out the issue to agreeing on a treatment, either massage or dry-needles (sore but it works) to a rehab plan and follow up. It's the full package.
What separates Vinny from the rest is that his experience and years as a top level elite runner means I fully trust his judgement and advice.
He has also coached me for my marathon challenges and his plans are reflective on your ability, he pushes you on to achieve more!
